Introverts, Feeling Lost? Read this
If you feel lost, that means your old self is dissolving. A new you is about to be born.
Ever feel like you're drifting?
Not in crisis, not in chaos, just… lost.
You wake up, go through the motions, even meet your goals. But deep down, something’s missing. There’s this quiet ache inside.
A longing for direction. For clarity. For peace.
I’ve been there. Don’t know how many times.
And this quote from Osho restores my peace.
“When you are lost, don’t panic. Be still. Even being lost is part of the journey.”
And remembering it made me think… maybe we’re not supposed to “figure it all out.” Maybe we’re supposed to feel our way through.
I journaled about it and here’s what came out:
The feeling is a signal
That ache inside? It’s not brokenness. It’s your soul telling you it’s time to course-correct.
It’s time to reflect on your life. Give yourself a break. A pause.
Stop running. Stop rushing.
Just be still for a while.
Chasing happiness will leave you empty
Chase meaning.
Follow what feels true, even if it’s small.
Chase what make you peaceful. Chase what gives you the feeling you get having a cold glass of water on a summer afternoon. Chase what nouriushes your soul instead of draining it.
Chase meaning.
Stop rushing
When you walk slowly through your confusion, your next step becomes clearer.
Don’t go out looking for answers. You’ll only end up overwhelmed and full of more confusion.
It’s okay to take a pause. The world is not going anywhere.
Take a long deep breathe. And go for a walk.
Your inner voice knows
Get quiet.
No phones. No people. No goals. No to-do lists. No what’s next. Just… quiet.
Go out in nature. Feel being a human being. Connect with the birds, the sky, the trees.
Connect with the roots of who you are.
Then…. listen.
Be honest to Yourself
What’s not working?
What feels fake?
What’s no longer yours to carry?
Let go. Let go of every thing, every person, every identity that doesn’t align with your true self.
Anything that make you feel or act like a water-down version of yourself, it doesn’t belong in your life.
And finally, here’s something you can do for yourself today…
Sit in silence for 10 minutes. Let your thoughts flow.
Journal honestly: Where am I living out of alignment in my life?
Do one small thing that feels like you. Walk, meditate, read. Anything.
Let go of something that no longer feels right.
You don’t need a roadmap. You don’t need more advice. You just need to trust that your soul already knows the way.
Have a calm and peaceful Sunday. And you can spent it reading my Book. It may help.
Stay blessed,
Karun
Karun, today's post was brilliant. It spoke to where I am right now in life. Since retirement, I've been in a hole...very unhappy. So I thank you. May I share this with my women's group?

I love, love, love this idea. So much. Thank you, Karun, for sharing it today.
