I feel like you were talking to me. I find myself knowing what I need to do and when I procrastinate and don’t do it, I beat myself up and then double down. When I realize I have done nothing but sit in a chair all day rather than doing Bible study or sweeping the floor, I feel the worst guilt. Thank you for being a voice for introverts.
Thanks for this. It's a technique I'm familiar with when handling worry but now I'm over that maybe I should apply it more to my procrastination. Heaven knows, nothing else is working.
It’s so crazy, how this described my exact situation..like hello, I literally came from asking myself the question “why can’t I change?” and it’s literally 2am in the morning.
